Classes offered at Spire will embrace the fundamental intention of yoga, to still the patterns of the mind, while maintaining therapeutic alignment, movement and breathing principles that challenge the physical body in a playful way. Most classes will include standing and arm balance postures.

Crafted to honor back and neck health, learn to either manage chronic pain or apply the tools to maintain a strong and supple spine to prevent injury. Gentle slow mindful movements are combined with breathing practices and an inward focus.
