Classes offered at Spire will embrace the fundamental intention of yoga, to still the patterns of the mind, while maintaining therapeutic alignment, movement and breathing principles that challenge the physical body in a playful way. Most classes will include standing and arm balance postures.

Classes offered at the YMCA are gentle flow yoga class that introduce the principles and philosophies of yoga while moving the body through basic yoga postures with a focus on therapeutic alignment, the breath, gentle stretching and strengthening.
