Spine Health Yoga is a slow flow style yoga class where we move mindfully to build strength and promote healthy flexibility with the intention of learning more about ourselves and developing practices to offer ourselves greater ease in our yoga class and in our daily lives. The class is appropriate for long-time yoga practitioners as well as someone new to yoga, someone in pain or someone feeling healthy.

Dr. Blair is a certified yoga instructor for the Love Your Brain organization. Love Your Brain provides no cost yoga to people that have experienced concussions, head injuries, and traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
